Our Radial Sport Series of sails are a “crossover” sail designed for the performance SAILOR WHO IS LOOKING FOR A BALANCE BETWEEN RACING AND CRUISING.

If you want a sail that will hold it shape much longer while MAINTAINING the EFFICIENCIES of dacron sailcloth, then these are the sails for you.

Headsails

* Typical cloth's used - Challenge Newport Pro Radial Dimension Polyant Pro Radial or Carbon Sport, Contender Radian or CDX Cruising Laminate

* One row of triple-step on the radial seams and 2-3 rows in joining seams depeding on sail size

* Radial patches with head and tack extensions on the leech and foot to facilitate roller reefing

* Foam or rope luff pad appropriately sized to assist in proper roller reefing and furling

* Sunbrella or Weathermax suncovers sewn with Gore Tenara UV inert thread

* Draft stripes and sail numbers

* Reefing Stripes at 12.5% and 25% from tack along the foot

* Standard leech line with hand sewn plastic clam cleat at clew with backup NICKEL PLATED grommets and foot line with NICKEL PLATED grommets

Mainsails

* Typical cloth's used - Challenge Newport Pro Radial, Dimension Polyant Pro Radial, or Carbon Sport, Contender Radian or CDX Cruising Laminate

* One row of triple-step on the radial seams and 2-3 rows in joining seams depeding on sail size

* Radial patches at head, tack, and clew for superior strength

* 2+2 BATTENS standard with optional upgrade to 4 full battens

* Sunbrella or Weathermax suncovers sewn with Gore Tenara UV inert thread

* Draft stripes and sail numbers

* Standard leech line with hand sewn plastic clam cleat at clew with backup NICKEL PLATED grommets and foot line with NICKEL PLATED grommetS
